Wildcrafted cocktail made with raspberry shrub from last summer’s harvest, vodka, and spruce soda made this spring by fermenting birch sap with spruce and ginger, shaken with some birch sap ice and garnished with a spruce twig.
Raspberry Spruce Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz raspberry shrub
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz spruce soda
- ice
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the shrub and vodka. Shake well and strain into a glass. Add spruce soda.
- *you can easily omit the vodka for a lovely, refreshing non-alcoholic drink.
